Each tribe connect will look different per focus and per connect. All tribes are family friendly but some connects may not be.

Tribe sizes rangers from 3 - 12. They are intentionally kept small to maintain philia intimacy and give opportunity for true connection amongst members of the tribe.

Tribe connects happens every three months specifically (March, June, September and November (annual Friendsgiving). The "where" is decided by members of the tribe and their tribe leaders.

Tribe connects typically last about 90 minutes on average with few exceptions depending on the what and the where. It is a time to commune (eat), converse (talk), connect (build deeper relationship)

Connects usually take place in home, coffee shops, community spaces, activity spaces and more.

Kids connect usually happens in June and throughout the year at the birthday celebrations of other kids in the community.

For them the focus is food, fun, and fantastic friendships.

That's the spirit! Tribe leaders are an integral part of the culture. We want servant leaders who love God and love his people.

Tribe leaders are shepherd under the under shepherd. Amongst other things they pray, plan and mobilize.

​

Each leader will typically serve in their role for a maximum of two years at which point another leader will be given an opportunity to lead. Current leaders can be re-selected for another two years at the discretion of the chapter president.
