Our Story
Philia Culture is the community expression of RNF NTWRK—built on brotherhood, sisterhood, and Kingdom love.
It’s more than a ministry. It’s a culture—one shaped by friendship, forged in fellowship, and strengthened through partnership.
Philia Culture began as a digital gathering space, then evolved into a movement of in-person discipleship, spiritual formation, and Christ-centered community. As the vision expanded, so did the need for a culture—a set of values and rhythms that define not just what we believe, but how we live.
At the heart of it all is Philia—the love between friends.
It’s the kind of love that shows up, stands firm, and builds together.

Meet Our Lead Pastors
After seven years of dedicated service in various leadership capacities under the spiritual covering of Pastor Joseph Famuyide of COGA Cathedral – New York, Pastor Yemi Emmanuel Oludahunsi (P.Y.) and his wife, Pastor Loni (P.L.), were released and commissioned to follow the divine prompting of God into their own ministry assignment.
In 2021, P.Y. and P.L. answered the call finally and together founded RNF NTWRK International—a global equipping ministry with a bold mission: to make real the person of Jesus, raise Kingdom-minded believers, and cultivate a culture rooted in faith, family, and formation across generations.
From day one, their vision has been clear—to build more than a ministry, but a movement. Under their leadership, Philia Culture was born as the vibrant, city-based community expression of RNF NTWRK—a discipleship family for those seeking authentic connection, Spirit-led encounters, and practical biblical teaching that transforms everyday life.
Together, P.Y. and P.L. carry a mantle for revival, discipleship, and covenant culture—committed to building marriages that last, forming leaders who influence, and equipping believers to Believe. Behold. Become.
Their style is real, their faith is contagious, and their heart is to see people awakened to purpose, grounded in identity, and walking boldly in their divine assignment - to live a transformed and kingdom fulfilled life as intended by God.
The couple currently resides in Dallas, Texas with their three incredible children—Ella, Eddy, and Ellie—and their beloved golden doodle, Otis.
