Our Story
Philia Culture is the community expression of RNF Global Network —a teaching and outreach ministry with a lifting mandate towards the renewing, reviving & reigniting of believers to live a transformed and kingdom fulfilled life as intended by God.
Philia Culture began as a digital gathering space, then evolved into a movement of in-person discipleship, spiritual formation, and Christ-centered community. As the vision expanded, so did the need for a culture—a set of values and rhythms that define not just what we believe, but who we are and ultimately how we live.
At the heart of it all is Philia—a love that looks like Jesus.

Meet Our Lead Pastors
After seven years of dedicated service in various leadership capacities under the spiritual covering of Pastor Joseph Famuyide of COGA Cathedral – New York, Pastor Yemi Emmanuel Oludahunsi (P.Y.) and his wife, Pastor Loni (P.L.), were released and commissioned to follow the divine prompting of God into their own ministry assignment.
In 2021, P.Y. and P.L. answered the call finally and together founded RNF Global Network—a teaching, & outreach ministry with a lifting mandate toward the renewing, reviving & reigniting of believers to live a transformed and kingdom fulfilled life as intended by God.

From day one, their vision has been clear—to build more than a ministry, but a movement. Under their leadership, Philia Culture was born as the vibrant, city-based community expression of RNF —a discipleship family for those seeking authentic connection, Spirit-led encounters, and practical biblical teaching that transforms everyday life.
Together, P.Y. and P.L. carry a mantle for revival, discipleship, and covenant culture—committed to building marriages that last, forming leaders who influence, and equipping believers to Believe. Behold. Become.
The couple currently reside in Dallas, Texas with their three incredible children—Ella, Eddy, and Ellie—and their beloved golden doodle, Otis.
Whether on stage, in the community, or around the table, they lead with humility, love without condition, and live to see:
